Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT T&C's

1. All fees are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change our standard fees at any time. We may correct pricing errors at any time.

2. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a Service/Package if you fail to pay us any amount due by the due date, or if any payment you submit to us fails to clear. If we cancel a Service/Package due to non-payment we will not be obliged to provide you with a refund for any amounts already paid by you. If we suspend a Service/Package due to non-payment we will restart the Service/Package only when we are satisfied that any non-payment issue has been resolved.

CANCELLATION AND MISSED CONSULTATIONS OF SERVICE/PACKAGE T&C's

1. You may cancel a Service/Package at any time up to 48h of the consultation. To cancel a Service/Package simply contact Katie: katie.schofield.consulting@gmail.com. We will not be able to accept any cancellation request until you have given us your name and email address.

2. If you cancel the Service/Package within 48h of the consultation, we will refund you all fees paid for the Service/Package in full.

3. You will be required to pay for Service/Package in FULL if you fail to cancel, or fail to attend, a consultation.
